  • 98. 9-Nov 2025: Colombo Street Barbecue, Christchurch

Praise God another wonderful day on Colombo Street. Today we set up the barbecue in one of our favourite busy spots.

The Lord was giving out free sausages, drinks, bibles and the greatest gift of all, the free gift of life through Jesus Christ.

Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Getting set up took a while today, getting everything in place. Brother Pio also set up his guitar and amp to sing gospel songs, bringing glory to Jesus the whole afternoon, praise God.

Sisters Christine and Aileen turned up to help and brother Jephthah later on. Christine ministered with many people as they came in for food and prayer.

Brothers from Operation 513 ministry turned up to witness to people here as well.

Brother Glen on the left has been our contact for free tracts for years now. We were really excited to meet up with him, as Christchurch is his home base. He personally delivered more tracts for us, so we got to fellowship together, Thank You Jesus.

Operation 513 is an amazing ministry, offering a range of free gospel tracts nation wide. For those interested, you just pay for the postage and give a donation.

This is a powerful tool from God, encouraging evangelism across the nation, with little cost. Glen with a group of evangelists are on the streets every week and in neighbouring towns and events, praise God.

2 Corinthians 5:18-21 Now all things are of God, who has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ, and has given us the ministry of reconciliation, that is, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not imputing their trespasses to them, and has committed to us the word of reconciliation.

Now then, we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were pleading through us: we implore you on Christ’s behalf, be reconciled to God. For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.

We had so much fun today as many people called in for free food, drink, bibles and prayer. The people really appreciated God’s blessing to them. There were a few really hungry homeless people who came back for seconds, thirds or fourths even.

We follow what Jesus commanded us to do, feed the hungry and love our neighbour as ourselves. People are welcome to come back for as many as they need. Many are striving to survive, as their addictions absorb any money they get, unfortunayely leaving nothing for food.

Luke 14:12-14 Then He also said to him who invited Him, “When you give a dinner or a supper, do not ask your friends, your brothers, your relatives, nor rich neighbours, lest they also invite you back, and you be repaid. But when you give a feast, invite the poor, the maimed, the lame, the blind. And you will be blessed, because they cannot repay you; for you shall be repaid at the resurrection of the just.

We pray for them as much as possible, that Jesus will heal their broken hearts and deliver them from the demonic spirits, trying to destroy them. Sometimes under the influence of their addictions, these spirits can become a distraction to the outreach.

Today one hundred and nine people accepted Jesus into their hearts, surrendering their lives to Him, praise God. Thank You Holy Spirit for all the divine appointments.

Isaiah 9:6-7 For unto us a Child is born,
    Unto us a Son is given;
And the government will be upon His shoulder.
And His name will be called
    Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God,
    Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.

Of the increase of His government and peace
    There will be no end,
Upon the throne of David and over His kingdom,
To order it and establish it with judgment and justice
From that time forward, even forever.
The zeal of the Lord of hosts will perform this.

We ask You Jesus to water them with Your living water, guide and lead them in Your perfect wisdom and fill them to overflow in Your precious Holy Spirit. Amen.

Thank You Father God for another wonderful day. Thank You Jesus for Your grace and mercy upon their precious souls. Thank You Holy Spirit for guiding Souls For Christ and drawing the people to Jesus. Amen.

Titus 3:5 But when the kindness and the love of God our Savior toward man appeared, not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to His mercy He saved us, through the washing of regeneration and renewing of the Holy Spirit, whom He poured out on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Savior, that having been justified by His grace we should become heirs according to the hope of eternal life.

  • 97. 8-10th Nov 2025: Lyttelton, Christchurch

Hello brothers and sisters in Christ. This morning we attended a mens breakfast at C3 Church. We enjoyed a lovely “manly” breakfast of bacon eggs and baked beans.

hen Pastor Paul shared his powerful testimony. How Jesus turned his life around, pulling him from death to life in abundance, praise God.

John 5:24 Most assuredly, I say to you, he who hears My word and believes in Him who sent Me has everlasting life, and shall not come into judgment, but has passed from death into life.

We met Ryan at the mens breakfast, his first time there. He put his hand up at the alter call and surrendered his life to Jesus, praise God.

We were able to pray for him, and hand him a bible, glory to Jesus. Ryan was touched by God mightily, as we prayed for him. He said he could feel heat flowing through his body.

His countenance changed as strongholds where loosed from him, Thank You Jesus.

John 6:39-40 This is the will of the Father who sent Me, that of all He has given Me I should lose nothing, but should raise it up at the last day. And this is the will of Him who sent Me, that everyone who sees the Son and believes in Him may have everlasting life; and I will raise him up at the last day.

Ps Paul from C3 Church, kindly offered us a park in their car park, Thank You Jesus. Nice and sheltered with access to a toilet. Thank You Lord for always caring for us, Your loving kindness is an everlasting River of Life. In Christ we will never thirst or hunger again. Thank You Jesus.

Mathew 6:33 But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

We were lead to the town of Lyttelton, on a very hot and lovely day.

The Saturday market was still going and the Lord gave us a premium park, right next to it, thank you Jesus. We decided to just witness today, handing out tracts and offering prayer to the people.

A divine appointment. I met Ps Theuns and Natasya from my Church, Ignight Faith Centre, in Auckland. What a lovely surprise to see them.

They had come down to visit the Christchurch Ignite Faith Centre branch. Theuns prayed for the Souls For Christ outreach and blessed us as well, praise God.

Theuns and Natasya migrated from South Africa. As well as ministries in their home country, they are involved in a powerful Pakistan mission, seeing thousands of desperate people converting to Christ.

Jesus is healing and delivering many, in a largely Muslim nation. The tide is turning hallelujah! All Glory belongs to Jesus. Amen.

Mathew 28:18-20 And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen.

After the market packed up, brother Logen preached in a central location on the Main Street. Scattering seeds of life to all the ears that could hear.

I meet a couple who where in the process of setting up Outreach Missions in Christchurch. Jesus had led them out of the four walls of the church onto the street, just like us.

I was able to share with them our contact for free tracts. Another divine appointment, Thank You Jesus.

John 4:35  Do you not say, ‘There are still four months and then comes the harvest’? Behold, I say to you, lift up your eyes and look at the fields, for they are already white for harvest!

All up, fifty one people asked Jesus to come into their hearts and make them born again, praise God. Holy Spirit is certainly doing a great work on the streets of Christchurch. All glory to The One who sent Him, Thank You Jesus.

Zechariah 9:9 Rejoice greatly, O daughter of Zion!
    Shout, O daughter of Jerusalem!
    Behold, your King is coming to you;
He is just and having salvation,
Lowly and riding on a donkey,
A colt, the foal of a donkey.

    About Christchurch, Lyttelton….

Lyttelton (MāoriŌhinehou or Riritana)[3] is a port town on the north shore of Lyttelton Harbour / Whakaraupō, at the northwestern end of Banks Peninsula and close to Christchurch, on the eastern coast of the South Island of New Zealand.

As a landing point for Christchurch-bound seafarers, Lyttelton was historically regarded as the “Gateway to Canterbury” for colonial settlers.[4][5] The port is a regular destination for cruise ships. It is the South Island’s principal goods-transport terminal, handling 34% of exports and 61% of imports by value.[5]

    Location

Lyttelton is the largest settlement on Lyttelton Harbour / Whakaraupō, an inlet on the northwestern side of Banks Peninsula extending 18 km inland from the southern end of Pegasus Bay. The town is situated on the lower slopes of the Port Hills, which form the northern side of the harbour and effectively separate Lyttelton from the city of Christchurch.[6][7] This steep-sided crater rim acts as a natural amphitheatre and a boundary to urban development.

A tunnel through the Port Hills provides direct road access to Christchurch, 12 km to the northwest. The town of Sumner, some 6 km to the northeast, is accessed via Evans Pass. This road was closed after the 2011 Christchurch earthquake and reopened on 29 March 2019.[9] Another settlement at Governors Bay lies 10 km to the west, and a frequent ferry service connects the suburb of Diamond Harbour on the southern shore of the harbour.

The uninhabited Ōtamahua / Quail Island sits in the upper harbour southwest of Lyttelton.

  • 96. 5-7th Nov 2025: Colombo and Cashel Streets, Christchurch

Hello, friends in Christ. Another 3 days in the City, filled with Holy Spirit activity.

Monday was quite a fruitful day, but we are now often seeing the same people we have prayed for before. A sign the area is being well covered by God.

2 Corinthians 4:7. But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellence of the power may be of God and not of us.

I have heard a few people complaining about the Cathedral sitting in ruins while the Christchurch council focus on the new stadium being built.

And yes I concur that the world has completely different priorities compared to the Kingdom of Heaven. But this neither surprises or dismays me, because I know, this world is fallen and corrupted by the evil works of that old serpent, Satan.

Revelation 12:9 So the great dragon was cast out, that serpent of old, called the Devil and Satan, who deceives the whole world; he was cast to the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.

1 John 2:15-16 Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world—the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life—is not of the Father but is of the world.

I also know what scripture says, the end of this age is near and the millennial reign of Christ, is at hand. So I rejoice in the victory, Lord Jesus has given us, at the cross.

Forever thankful to my Father in Heaven, for His loving kindness, grace and mercy, in His will for us not to perish, but to have everlasting life, through His beautiful Son, Jesus Christ.

Revelation 20:6 Blessed and holy is he who has part in the first resurrection. Over such the second death has no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with Him a thousand years.

John 3:16-17 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.

Daniel 7:26-27 ‘But the court shall be seated,
And they shall take away his dominion,
To consume and destroy it forever.
    Then the kingdom and dominion,
And the greatness of the kingdoms under the whole heaven,
Shall be given to the people, the saints of the Most High.
His kingdom is an everlasting kingdom,
And all dominions shall serve and obey Him.’

My faith is not in a building created by man’s corrupted hands. My Faith was given to me by Jesus. My temple for the Lord, is carefully constructed, brand new, with perfect love, by the hands of my Father in Heaven.

My focus is not in the things of this world, but in the Holy Spirit. What is the will of God who dwells within me, let your will be done!

2 Corinthians 4:18, 5:1-5 while we do not look at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen. For the things which are seen are temporary, but the things which are not seen are eternal.

For we know that if our earthly house, this tent, is destroyed, we have a building from God, a house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens. For in this we groan, earnestly desiring to be clothed with our habitation which is from heaven, if indeed, having been clothed, we shall not be found naked. For we who are in this tent groan, being burdened, not because we want to be unclothed, but further clothed, that mortality may be swallowed up by life.

1 John 2:17 And the world is passing away, and the lust of it; but he who does the will of God abides forever.

The next two days, on Colombo and Cashel Streets were similar, typically with the three of us witnessing and preaching in different areas.

Our friends in Christ joining us to magnify Lord Jesus. God’s presence is touching so many people through the Canterbury region. Thank You Jesus.

Bless you and your families with love from your brother in Christ, please comment by clicking on the post title.

  • 95. 3-Nov 2025: Skatepark, Moorhouse Ave & Cashel Street, Christchurch

Hello Friends, wow! what a big day today. We started the day at C3 Church, then headed off to another Barbecue outreach at Riccarton Community Church.

When we arrived, we were amazed at the scale of the outreach. They had permission to block off the road for two hours, where they had a stage set up and many stalls.

Every second week they have this outreach, right outside the Church. There were hundreds of people there enjoying the free food drinks and activities.

Apparently they give out around 1,200 sausages each outreach.

Isaiah 52:7 How beautiful upon the mountains
Are the feet of him who brings good news,
    Who proclaims peace,
Who brings glad tidings of good things,
    Who proclaims salvation,
    Who says to Zion,
    “Your God reigns!”

The music was very loud. Unfortunately they were not singing gospel music, but worldly music.

This I could not understand. This is the perfect time to glorify and share Jesus through music.

Ephesians 5:19-20 speaking to one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord, giving thanks always for all things to God the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ,

There were many stalls giving out free food, clothing and books. Not sure about the temporary tattoos.

Acts 20:35 I have shown you in every way, by laboring like this, that you must support the weak. And remember the words of the Lord Jesus, that He said, ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive.’

They even had a petting Zoo for the kids and some fun games. I was really impressed with the generosity and giving in love to the community.

This is what Church is about, giving to the people and glorifying Jesus at the same time. We have seen a few churches opening up their doors in this way, and every time it brings great joy to my heart.

The body of Christ doing the word. Amen.

1 Corinthians 6:19-20 Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own? For you were bought at a price; therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s.

We were there for an hour, till finish then headed off to a big Skatepark in Moorhouse Avenue. On the way to the skatepark, Brother Pio, called to inform us of the hundreds of people he and sister Aileen had seen at Remembrance Bridge in the City.

So they decided to stay there while brother Logen and myself went to the Skatepark to set up a barbecue for those we were reaching out to for Jesus.

When we arrived at the skatepark, the place was packed with many families there. We quickly set up the barbecue, but it would’t go. I then realised the gas bottle was empty, I had forgotten to put a full one in at the camp. Oops…

I prayed and released any stress to Jesus, then with a sound mind, I cheerfully went back to camp, about 10 minutes away, to collect a full bottle.

Mathew 6:27 Which of you by worrying can add one cubit to his stature?

Proverbs 12:25 Anxiety in the heart of man causes depression,
But a good word makes it glad.

When I arrived back, the barbecue was loaded and the call put out to come and receive a blessing from God. We had some big groups come in, mostly youth and the barbecue was emptied in about 10 minutes.

A few people took bibles and nearly everyone wanted water, in the heat of the day.

Jephthah he decided to come join us. He had held his weekly, Saturday outreach earlier in the morning, praise God. God presence is all over Christchurch these days, hallelujah!

Quite a few come back for seconds and thirds. Fifty three people surrendered their lives to Jesus and many seeds of Christ sown. A brother in Christ we had seen earlier at Church was there and volunteered to butter some bread.

Praise God for always sending help when we need it, Amen. We finished up at 4.00pm, then packed up.

    Psalm 54:4 Behold, God is my helper;
The Lord is with those who uphold my life.

Brother Pio reported back a great harvest from the Remembrance Bridge, with Holy Spirit netting in a further fifty seven precious souls into our Lord’s arms, glory to Jesus.

Thank You Jesus for such an impact into the lives of many today. Thank You for Your perfect love flowing from Your body of believers.

All honour and glory belongs to You Jesus, for by Your sacrifice alone are we forgiven of sin and redeemed back to our Father in Heaven. Amen.

1 Timothy 1:15-17 This is a faithful saying and worthy of all acceptance, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners, of whom I am chief. However, for this reason I obtained mercy, that in me first Jesus Christ might show all longsuffering, as a pattern to those who are going to believe on Him for everlasting life.  Now to the King eternal, immortal, invisible, to God who alone is wise, be honor and glory forever and ever. Amen.

  • 94. 2-Nov 2025: Sumner Beach, Christchurch

God bless you my friends. Today we got away a bit late this morning, arriving at the beach around 1.30pm.

The sun was out, but the wind was a bit chilly, blowing from the south. We set up the gazebo and barbecue on the walkway again.

There weren’t as many people out today as last time due to the temperature I think. Hardly anyone in the swimming in the sea, and those who braved it looked to be really cold.

Jephthah and Aileen and Karen joined us to share the Good News with the public.

A lovely couple in Christ called in for a sausage. We enjoyed a great fellowship with them.

Another couple who are existing friends, called in for a very in-depth fellowship. The Lord blessed them with food, drinks and bibles.

Praise God, 67 people prayed with us to receive Jesus into their hearts, thank You Holy Spirit. We packed up at 6.00pm

Ephesians 1:3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ,

  • 93. 29-31st Oct 2025: Colombo Street; Rolleston; & Back to Colombo Street, Christchurch

Hello beloved Friends, Today I am combining these three days of October in one post.

    Colombo Street: 29-Oct 2025

Wednesday in Colombo Street was a fairly typical day. We have frequented the same places around Colombo and Cashel streets now for 5 weeks. Jesus received 66 people who turned to Him, accepting Him as their Lord and Savour.

    Proverbs 24:11-12

Deliver those who are drawn toward death,
And hold back those stumbling to the slaughter.
If you say, “Surely we did not know this,”
Does not He who weighs the hearts consider it?
He who keeps your soul, does He not know it?
And will He not render to each man according to his deeds?

From about 11.00am till 4.30pm we are walking the streets, witnessing, preaching and praying with people. The Lord’s presence is certainly felt in the City Centre, as we see other outreach teams come out to share the gospel, praise God.

    Rolleston: 30-Oct 2025

Thursday, we visited Rolleston, a place we had not yet been to before.

We found Rolleston to be a very nice, clean and upmarket area. When we arrived, there were not many people out and about, but we persisted, sharing Jesus with anyone who would stop and listen.

We called into the local library for a rest. It seems to be that most towns in New Zealand, build beautiful arthecechual buildings for their libraries, a community resource. This library was no exception and no expense spared. I did try to find a bible, but could’t see one.

Persistence produces character and fruit, 45 people surrendered their lives to Jesus this day hallelujah! A great fruit for the Kingdom of Heaven.

    Colombo Street: 31-Oct 2025

Friday, We were back in Colombo Street, Christchurch City Centre. Today was another awesome day in the City. God’s anointing flowed from our lips to the ears of the lost.

Exodus 4:10-12 Then Moses said to the Lord, “O my Lord, I am not eloquent, neither before nor since You have spoken to Your servant; but I am slow of speech and slow of tongue.”

So the Lord said to him, “Who has made man’s mouth? Or who makes the mute, the deaf, the seeing, or the blind? Have not I, the Lord?  Now therefore, go, and I will be with your mouth and teach you what you shall say.

We were all in our usual places, except I decided to walk around a bit, from Remembrance Bridge to Colombo Street.

The Holy Spirit led me to people where ever He took me, praise God. Actually all up, 71 precious souls who where open to hearing about Jesus, then prayed with us today to receive Him into their hearts, praise God.

I met a lady who was exposing the lies and devastation around the covid vaccine with graphic banners. Thousands of people died after taking the jab, but they still to this day are injecting people with the vaccine.

This woman shared with me how her sister passed away and she fell away from God, blaming Him for allowing her to die. I ministered with her, that it was not God’s fault, but we do in fact live in a fallen world, as she well know’s.

Satan’s influence is everywhere. I prayed for her and thanked God for His grace and mercy upon her. He is drawing her back into His arms, praise His Holy name.

Ephesians 6:12 For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.

A group of boys I met along the way where very open to hearing about Jesus and did not hesitate to accept Him into their lives, amen.

I ministered with them the importance of developing an intimate relationship with Jesus through prayer and reading the bible everyday.

I also prophesied over them that they will be used mightily by God, to draw in many souls into the Kingdom of Heaven.

Psalm 118:19-21 I will praise You,
    For You have answered me,
    And have become my salvation.

I met Ben, a believer in Christ, we enjoyed a wonderful fellowship together. I sensed the fruit of the Spirit in Ben.

There was a great peace about him, that can only come from Jesus. You certainly will not find this peace in this world, as it only comes through relationship with Jesus.

John 14:27 Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.

Later in the day, I came across a Palestinian supporter whom I approached to give a tract.

He immediately started cursing me and was extremely aggressive. He screamed at me,calling me a Jew-lover and Zionist. I sensed a very strong antichrist spirit speaking.

Mathew 5:11-12 Blessed are you when they revile and persecute you, and say all kinds of evil against you falsely for My sake. Rejoice and be exceedingly glad, for great is your reward in heaven, for so they persecuted the prophets who were before you.

I smiled and said Jesus is Lord, then kept walking. I discerned in The Spirit long ago, that the whole Palestinian movement is driven by an antichrist Spirit.

The same can be said for the Islam religion and all other religions, because they deny that Jesus is God and what He accomplished at the cross, salvation for the world.

1 John 4:2-3 By this you know the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesses that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is of God, and every spirit that does not confess that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is not of God. And this is the spirit of the Antichrist, which you have heard was coming, and is now already in the world.

Even many denominations today, in Christianity choose to stay in the old covenant, under the law, denying the Holy Spirit and grace through Jesus.

This is the same religious Spirit that Jesus faced, nearly 2000 years ago, still causing havoc in the world today. The bible says there is only One Hope, One Saviour, One way to Heaven and no one comes to the Father except by Him.

    His name is Jesus Christ!

Galatians 5:4-5 You have become estranged from Christ, you who attempt to be justified by law; you have fallen from grace. For we through the Spirit eagerly wait for the hope of righteousness by faith.

Romans 3:19-24 Now we know that whatever the law says, it says to those who are under the law, that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may become guilty before God.Therefore by the deeds of the law no flesh will be justified in His sight, for by the law is the knowledge of sin.

But now the righteousness of God apart from the law is revealed, being witnessed by the Law and the Prophets, even the righteousness of God, through faith in Jesus Christ, to all and on all who believe. For there is no difference; for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,  being justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus

Romans 8:1-4 here is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit. For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death.

For what the law could not do in that it was weak through the flesh, God did by sending His own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, on account of sin: He condemned sin in the flesh, that the righteous requirement of the law might be fulfilled in us who do not walk according to the flesh but according to the Spirit.

He is the only One worthy, to have been sacrificed for our sin’s, because unlike every other person born in this world, He never sinned and He was begotten by God Himself.

The single greatest sacrifice that all creation has ever seen, and there will never be another. There is no one like Him. He is the first and the last. Jesus will reign for ever and ever, and all creation will worship Him, for ever and ever. Amen.

Hebrews 10:9-14 then He said, “Behold, I have come to do Your will, O God.” He takes away the first that He may establish the second. By that will we have been sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.

And every priest stands ministering daily and offering repeatedly the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins. But this Man, after He had offered one sacrifice for sins forever, sat down at the right hand of God, from that time waiting till His enemies are made His footstool. For by one offering He has perfected forever those who are being sanctified.

Romans 5:19 For as by one man’s disobedience many were made sinners, so also by one Man’s obedience many will be made righteous.

Revelation 1:8 “I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End,” says the Lord, “who is and who was and who is to come, the Almighty.”

  • 92. 26-Oct 2025: New Brighton Beach, Christchurch

God is good, another Spirit filled day with the Lord, Hallelujah! This morning we attended Oasis C3 Church, which was a really blessed time.

Ps Paul preached about forgiveness, which is always a timely message. After service there was a picnic outside with an abundance of food and drink laid out for us all to enjoy, thank You Lord.

Acts 2:46-47 So continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, they ate their food with gladness and simplicity of heart, praising God and having favor with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily those who were being saved.

We then left for New Brighton for another barbecue outreach. Father God want’s to bless this community again with His love and provision of food drink and bibles.

We set up in the same place as last time, but the wind was coming from a different direction this time so we didn’t get much protection from the wall we were next to. The wind was also quite strong at 60 km and occasionally blew out the barbecue flame.

However we did manage to get the sausages cooked and enjoy a blessed time sharing Jesus to the community.

Hebrews 10:36 For you have need of endurance, so that after you have done the will of God, you may receive the promise.

Galatians 6:9 And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart.

Corey came to help again, he is such a blessing from God, glory to Jesus. Corey is a very diligent and proactive helper.

I don’t need to ask him to do anything, he just does it. Corey also helps out in another food outreach in Christchurch City Centre. God has gifted him a very compassionate loving heart, thank You Jesus, thank you Corey.

Colossians 3:23-24  And whatever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord and not to men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ.

Proverbs 16:3 Commit your works to the Lord,
And your thoughts will be established.

Brother Pio sang gospel songs and Logen preached salvation in Jesus Christ.

Many people came over from the big playground next to us, to receive food, water, bibles and Jesus into their hearts, Hallelujah!

    Philippians 4:4-5

Rejoice in the Lord always. Again I will say, rejoice!

Let your gentleness be known to all men. The Lord is at hand.

We gave out about 100 sausages and 70 bottles of water.

All up, Holy Spirit drew 108 precious souls into Jesus, Glory to Him alone. Sister Aileen and brother Jephthah came to help, pray and minister to the people.

2 Corinthians 9:7-15 So let each one give as he purposes in his heart, not grudgingly or of necessity; for God loves a cheerful giver. And God is able to make all grace abound toward you, that you, always having all sufficiency in all things, may have an abundance for every good work. As it is written:

    “He has dispersed abroad,
    He has given to the poor;
    His righteousness endures forever.”

Now may He who supplies seed to the sower, and bread for food, supply and multiply the seed you have sown and increase the fruits of your righteousness, while you are enriched in everything for all liberality, which causes thanksgiving through us to God. For the administration of this service not only supplies the needs of the saints, but also is abounding through many thanksgivings to God,

while, through the proof of this ministry, they glorify God for the obedience of your confession to the gospel of Christ, and for your liberal sharing with them and all men, and by their prayer for you, who long for you because of the exceeding grace of God in you. Thanks be to God for His indescribable gift!

We thank You Jesus for all Your wonderful work, we can do nothing without You, praise Your Holy name for ever. Thank You Father God for blessing the people of New Brighton.

Thank you for joining us here in this space created by Jesus Himself, through us.

  • 91. 25-Oct 2025: Sumner Beach, Christchurch

Hello body of Christ. Today we travelled to Sumner Beach for a barbecue outreach.

We set up near a cafe on the beach, on a walkway which winds around the coast to the end of the beach.

It was a beautiful sunny day, so many people were enjoying the beach.

There is a big rock with a cave near by known as Cave Rock, which divides the beach in two. Many people and families, are on both sides of the rock on the beach. Opposite the cave there is a cafe, which draws people in from both sides.

We were positioned just to the right of the cave, next to an access point over the concrete barrier. Also there is a communal outside shower near us.

The Lord had given us the best position on the whole beach, Hallelujah!

Isaiah 58:11 The Lord will guide you continually,
And satisfy your soul in drought,
    And strengthen your bones;
You shall be like a watered garden,
And like a spring of water, whose waters do not fail.

We preached on the speaker and invited people to come and be blessed by God with free food, drinks and bibles. But most importantly to receive the free gift of life in Jesus Christ.

Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Brothers in Christ stopped in for prayer. They had already given their hearts to Jesus not long ago, but one man was still struggling to overcome the demonic voices and thoughts daily.

We prayed deliverance and healing with him and immediately Jesus set him free. We ministered with the two friends for sometime, as Holy Spirit was bringing truth and wisdom into their lives. Amen.

1 Timothy 6:12 Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, to which you were also called and have confessed the good confession in the presence of many witnesses.

1 Corinthians 15:57 But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.

Many families stopped for food and prayer, surrendering their hearts to Jesus. We handed out many new testament bibles.

People were genuinely grateful to Jesus and hungry for His word. Sister Aileen and Karen both preached and sang gospel songs, bringing much glory to Jesus at the busy beach.

Psalm 136:33-35 Oh, give thanks to the Lord of lords!
    For His mercy endures forever:

To Him who alone does great wonders,
    For His mercy endures forever;
To Him who by wisdom made the heavens,
    For His mercy endures forever

We handed out around 144 sausages, 70 bottles of water and about a dozen bibles, praise God. 144 precious souls surrendered their lives to Jesus, glory to Him, thank You Holy Spirit. We witnessed whole families turning to Jesus, as God ministered in their hearts, drawing them to Him.

It is such a privilege to be in the Lord’s work, seeing people healed and delivered. My heart rejoices every time a new believer starts their journey with Jesus. Once they receive the seal of the Holy Spirit, He will teach them all things in Christ. Amen.

John 14:16-17 And I will pray the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may abide with you forever— the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees Him nor knows Him; but you know Him, for He dwells with you and will be in you.

Sister Aileen, in the middle here, spotted a little girl who kept popping her head over the wall to see us. She said she was 5 years old, her name was Abigail and she had lost her mum.

So we invited her to come join us while we called out to her mum on the speaker. After about 20 minutes, her mum still did not come to collect her. So we decided to take her to the cafe next to us and call the police.

The dispatch operator on the phone revealed that Abigail’s mother was with the police and had been looking for her for 45 minutes at the other end of the beach. So when the police arrived at the cafe, a very relieved mum was finally reunited with daughter Abigail. Abigail was very calm the whole time. Her mum said she is very drawn to Jesus, which may explain how she was drawn to us.

We prayed together and blessed them in Jesus name.

Nahum 1:7 The Lord is good,
    A stronghold in the day of trouble;
And He knows those who trust in Him.

A group of youth passing by all stopped to receive God’s blessings.

Yet another divine appointment, thank You Father God. We also witnessed two different wedding parties come to our location for photo’s.

We blessed their marriages and families, in Jesus name.

1 Timothy 4:12 Let no one despise your youth, but be an example to the believers in word, in conduct, in love, in spirit, in faith, in purity.

Psalm 119:9 How can a young man cleanse his way?
By taking heed according to Your word.

Many people were coming up from the beach to use the outdoor shower, to wash off. We would call out to them, to come over for a free sausage sizzle and drink. They would come straight over. One of those times a whole group of 12 people came over. We prayed with the whole group to receive Jesus into their hearts and they all surrendered their lives to Christ.

The barbecue was quickly emptied, so we had to work fast to restock and cook in time for the next lot of precious souls.

Titus 2:11 For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men,

John 5:24 Most assuredly, I say to you, he who hears My word and believes in Him who sent Me has everlasting life, and shall not come into judgment, but has passed from death into life.

Jephthah a warrior for Jesus, arrived to join us.

He was given the name Jephthah prophetically through an elder. Named after a faithful warrior for God in the bible. He is very passionate about Jesus and always has his Jesus flag flying high. Then he will take it to the highest place for everyone to see. He also paraded Jesus name along the pier.

Jephthah has a wonderful gifting in discipleship. He is always encouraging people, with wisdom, direct from Holy Spirit.

1 Peter 4:11  If anyone speaks, let him speak as the  oracles of God. If anyone ministers, let him do it as with the ability which God supplies, that in all things God may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom belong the glory and the dominion forever and ever. Amen.

    Psalm 28:7 NKJ. The Lord is my strength and my shield;
    My heart trusted in Him, and I am helped;
    Therefore my heart greatly rejoices,
And with my song I will praise Him.

I thank You Jesus for connecting us with all our beloved brothers and sisters in Christ, where ever we go.

In the body of Christ, nothing is impossible for us, for our Father in Heaven is forever faithful. Thank You for all Your divine appointments, signs and wonders, miracles, love, joy and peace that follow us where ever You send us. Amen.

    Isaiah 12:4-5

And in that day you will say:

    “Praise the Lord, call upon His name;
Declare His deeds among the peoples,
Make mention that His name is exalted.
    Sing to the Lord,
    For He has done excellent things;
This is known in all the earth.

  • 90. 22 & 24-Oct 2025: Colombo Street, Christchurch

Hello family in Christ. This post is combining the 22nd and 24th of October.

These days are very typical of outreach on Colombo Street. Lots of preaching on Cashel Street, Crossing Mall, Bus Terminal and Colombo Street.

Brothers and sisters in Christ; Chris, Samson and Aileen joined us to preach the gospel to the passersby’s through the streets.

We witnessed to people, handing tracts out and praying for those who would take the time to stop. Gods presence always strong as Holy Spirit ministers in the peoples hearts.

    Psalm 121:5 The Lord is your keeper;
The Lord is your shade at your right hand.

By the end of the day my legs are usually a bit tired. I carry a day pack with bibles, discipleship manuals, tracts, water and a coat. I guess it does weigh me down a bit, but it is all worth it when somebody needs a bible.

Our routine for the city is to finish between 5.00pm and 6.00pm, then head off to PaknSave for supplies, then back to camp. We are so blessed everyday by our faithful Father, who knows exactly what we need and provides always.

Thank You Father God for all Your blessings and provision. Thank You for drawing in all Your precious people into You. Thank You for renewing us day by day into the likeness of Jesus, who dwells within us. Amen.

Thank You for Your perfect plans, paths and inheritance You have given us. Thank You for Your righteousness that clothes us Jesus. For Yours is the Power and Glory forever.

Romans 8:11 But if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who dwells in you.

2 Thessalonians 2:13 But we are bound to give thanks to God always for you, brethren beloved by the Lord, because God from the beginning chose you for salvation through sanctification by the Spirit and belief in the truth, to which He called you by our gospel, for the obtaining of the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.

  • 89. 19-Oct 2025: New Brighton, Christchurch

Hello Friends in Christ, Today we attended Oasis C3 Church. Sister Aileen invited us and we enjoyed a great message on forgiveness.

We enjoyed meeting brothers and sisters in Christ, staying a while for fellowship. We then headed off to New Brighton for outreach there. Brother in Christ, Corey put his hand up to join us. Absolutely a God send as we were to find out later.

The Lord kept showing me New Brighton and I sensed all we needed was a nice day. When we arrived it was sunny, but there was a bit of wind, so we needed to find a sheltered spot for the barbecue. In prayer we asked God to find us a spot.

Mathew 21:22 And whatever things you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive.

I went up onto the pier where there were quite a few people and did find a sheltered spot but there were quite a few stairs to carry gear up.

After further searching we found a spot next to a big playground full of parents with their children. There was a wall for wind protection and out front of us where many people enjoying a lovely sandy beach.

Brother Pio sang worship songs to glorify Jesus and brother Logen preached on the mic. Brother Corey helped me prepare the barbecue, buttering 8 loaves of bread all up.

As soon as we set up, people started queuing up for a sausage, drink and prayer. Once again we were too quick to announce the barbecue to the public, as no sausages were cooked yet.

I struggled to cook them fast enough and had to ask people to wait for them to cook. Also it became very apparent just how important God’s appointment for Corey to join us today was. Hallelujah! Praise God, thank You Jesus.

Proverbs 16:9 A man’s heart plans his way, But the Lord directs his steps.

The photo’s don’t do justice to the amount of people that were there. Because I am on the barbecue, the only time I can take pic’s is when there is a quiet time.

Our focus is always Jesus first and His work of drawing the billions of lost souls into Him. Amen.

Job:34:21 For His eyes are on the ways of man,
And He sees all his steps.

Jeremiah 17:10 I, the Lord, search the heart,
    I test the mind,
Even to give every man according to his ways,
According to the fruit of his doings.

The offshore wind did not affect the beach goers. We were able to broadcast the barbecue announcement right across the beach with Logen’s loud speaker. Quite a few people came up for drink, food and prayer.

The New Testament Bibles where very popular as we handed out around fifteen. The people, mostly families, were very grateful for the blessing from Jesus.

We were so busy, we did not have time to record names of new believers. We estimated through the amount of sausages handed out, that around 170 people surrendered their lives to Jesus, glory to Him.

John 12:31-33 Now is the judgment of this world; now the ruler of this world will be cast out. And I, if I am lifted up from the earth, will draw all peoples to Myself.” This He said, signifying by what death He would die.

John 6:37 All that the Father gives Me will come to Me, and the one who comes to Me I will by no means cast out.

A man came up for prayer who said he is submitted to Jesus, but was going through tough times.

He said he was a loner and felt like an orphan. I prayed for him and immediately commanded that orphan spirit to leave him in Jesus name. I prayed further blessing with him as he wept. I believe his life will change now, as Jesus touched him mightily in that moment.

Galatians 5:1 Stand fast therefore in the liberty by which Christ has made us free, and do not be entangled again with a yoke of bondage.

Some new brothers and sisters in Christ came to join us in a photo at the end of the day. We enjoyed such a blessed time at the beach, as Jesus reaped a mighty harvest, hallelujah! Praise God.

Thank You Jesus for all the wonderful divine appointments. You did it all, thank You precious Holy Spirit.

Psalm 65:4 Blessed is the man You choose,
    And cause to approach You,
That he may dwell in Your courts.
We shall be satisfied with the goodness of Your house,
    Of Your holy temple.

God bless you all to bring everlasting glory to the King of Kings and Lord of Lords, Jesus Christ.

With love from your brother in Christ, please comment by clicking on the post title.

    About Christchurch, New Brighton….

New Brighton is a coastal suburb of Christchurch, New Zealand, 8 kilometres (5.0 mi) east of the city centre. It is one of eastern Christchurch’s main entertainment and tourist centres, with its architecturally unique pier and scenic coastline. The 2011 Christchurch earthquakes caused significant damage in the area.

    Naming

The naming of New Brighton was apparently done on the ‘spur of the moment’ by William Free,[4] an early settler of the area. When Guise Brittan, the Waste Lands Commissioner, visited the area in December 1860, he was recognised and Free chalked ‘New Brighton’ on a wooden plank, supposedly in reference to his fellow settler Stephen Brooker, who had come from Brighton in England.[5] The suburb is frequently referred to simply as Brighton, occasionally leading to confusion with Brighton near Dunedin.
