The weather was nice and sunny. He kindly invited us around for fellowship yesterday. Geoff turned up with Ps Luke from Grace Presbyterian Church in Napier. We met Luke at the Church while we were in Napier. It was a lovely surprise to see him again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-accent-3-color\"><strong>Nehemiah 8:10. <\/strong> Then he said to them, \u201cGo your way, eat the fat, drink the sweet,&nbsp;and send portions to those for whom nothing is prepared; for&nbsp;this&nbsp;day&nbsp;is&nbsp;holy to our Lord. Do not sorrow, for the joy of the&nbsp;Lord&nbsp;is your strength.<\/mark><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Luke preached on the loud speaker for a while, while he was there, sharing the parable of the dragnet, how the wicked will be separated from the just.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-accent-3-color\"><strong>Mathew 13:45-50.<\/strong>  Again, the kingdom of heaven is like a dragnet that was cast into the sea and&nbsp;gathered some of every kind,&nbsp;which, when it was full, they drew to shore; and they sat down and gathered the good into vessels, but threw the bad away.&nbsp;So it will be at the end of the age. The angels will come forth,&nbsp;separate the wicked from among the just,&nbsp;and cast them into the furnace of fire. There will be wailing and gnashing of teeth.<\/mark><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Many people were blessed with the free sausage sizzle, books, bibles and water. Twenty six local people, who were passing by us stopped to declare to Jesus, that they accept Him as their Lord and Saviour. Hallelujah!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-accent-3-color\"><strong>Romans 4:7-8.<\/strong>  Blessed&nbsp;are those&nbsp;whose lawless deeds are forgiven,<br>And whose sins are covered;<br>Blessed&nbsp;is the&nbsp;man to whom the&nbsp;Lord&nbsp;shall not impute sin.<\/mark><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We thank You Jesus for such a lovely day and once again providing a window for Your precious souls to enter through Your gate. Amen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-accent-3-color\"><strong>Mathew 7:13-14.<\/strong>  Enter by the narrow gate; for wide&nbsp;is&nbsp;the gate and broad&nbsp;is&nbsp;the way that leads to destruction, and there are many who go in by it.&nbsp;Because narrow&nbsp;is&nbsp;the gate and&nbsp;difficult&nbsp;is&nbsp;the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it.<\/mark><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>God bless you all who are walking the narrow path of salvation in the Spirit of God. I declare and decree, <strong><em>you will run your race well, carried by the mighty hand of God all the way to the finish line. Amen.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-accent-3-color\"><strong>1 Corinthians 9:24-27.<\/strong>  Do you not know that those who run in a race all run, but one receives the prize?&nbsp;Run in such a way that you may&nbsp;obtain&nbsp;it.&nbsp;And everyone who competes&nbsp;for the prize&nbsp;is temperate in all things. Now they&nbsp;do it&nbsp;to obtain a perishable crown, but we&nbsp;for&nbsp;an imperishable&nbsp;crown.&nbsp;Therefore I run thus:&nbsp;not with uncertainty. It is divided by the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Mataura_River\">Mataura River<\/a>&nbsp;into Gore and East Gore, the majority of the town being situated on the western banks of the river. The town is situated on the eastern edge of the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Hokonui_Hills\">Hokonui Hills<\/a>, and many of its surrounding farmlands are located within foothills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Main_South_Line\">Main South Line<\/a>&nbsp;railway from&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Christchurch\">Christchurch<\/a>&nbsp;to Invercargill runs through the town, though passenger services ceased in 2002 with the cancellation of the Southerner. Gore was once a busy railway junction; the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Waimea_Plains_Railway\">Waimea Plains Railway<\/a>&nbsp;ran west to connect with the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Kingston_Branch\">Kingston Branch<\/a>&nbsp;in&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Lumsden,_New_Zealand\">Lumsden<\/a>, while the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Waikaka_Branch\">Waikaka Branch<\/a>&nbsp;connected with the Main South Line nearby in McNab. The original&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Kingston_Flyer\">Kingston Flyer<\/a>&nbsp;ran between Gore, on the main Dunedin-Invercargill line, and Kingston, from where lake steamers provided a connection with Queenstown.<sup><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Gore%2C_New_Zealand#cite_note-3\">[3]<\/a><\/sup>&nbsp;It was withdrawn in 1937, although specials continued into the 1950s.
