57. 27-Aug 2025: Porirua & Taita Train Station

Praise God, what a beautiful day you have given us Father. Your light is shining through the Heavens and us, your children.

Today we arrived at Porirua train station at around 7.30pm. We prayed then went straight to work. The station was busy as usual with morning commuters going to work and school.

Once again the Heavens opened up and many people were open to hearing about Jesus. Receiving Him into their hearts as they prayed the salvation prayer with us.

This lovely couple who not knowing much at all about Jesus, accepted prayer with no hesitation.

After hearing about what Jesus had done for them at the cross, they forgave all those who had hurt them in the past. They asked for forgiveness of their sins, then surrendered their lives to Jesus, Hallelujah!

We encountered some push back from the public, coming against what God was doing. When a woman overheard brother Logen sharing Jesus with a student, she approached him to object.

The student wanted to receive Jesus, but the woman tried to stop him. Logen gently shared the gospel with her and she calmed down. When she left, she patted Logen on the shoulder and said you are doing a good job. All glory to Jesus.

But there were other complaints, as we heard an announcement on the speaker to us saying ” Would the people converting people to Jesus stop, or the police will be called” But we were sent by God so we had no intention of leaving, knowing that the name of Jesus stirs the air above us as demons hate Him and His children.

Well the police did turn up to check on us. They said they didn’t have a problem with us doing what we are doing. They actually said we were doing a good job ( Holy Spirit ) and the youth need Jesus, to turn away from crime.

They recorded our names and said they will notify the call centre to reassure the public in future we are no threat, our hearts are to point people back to God. God is giving us favour with the police force. They recognise the people need God’s intervention to lead them away from crime ( sin ) and into Love ( Jesus ) and of course salvation.

Psalm 5:11-12 NKJ. But let all those rejoice who put their trust in You;
Let them ever shout for joy, because You defend them;
Let those also who love Your name
Be joyful in You.
For You, O Lord, will bless the righteous;
With favor You will surround him as with a shield.

Psalm 90:70. And let the beauty of the Lord our God be upon us,
And establish the work of our hands for us;
Yes, establish the work of our hands.

Hallelujah! Thank You Lord for the great work You have done, going before us to make a way where there is no way. Preparing the hearts of lost souls for salvation and aligning them on their predestined paths back to You.

Ezekiel 36 26.  I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; I will take the heart of stone out of your flesh and give you a heart of flesh.

We then returned home for a rest until 2.30pm, then we went on to Taita train station. Sharyn and Sharon (yes we have two of them now, what a blessing) went to another location near a school in Lower Hutt.

Brother Logen shared how while he was praying for a local gang member when the police turned up to question the man. The man informed the police he was changing his life by surrendering it to Jesus on the spot, and Logen confirmed this. The police were very happy to hear this news and commended him for changing his ways. They let him be and left. Of course all the glory goes to his Saviour, Jesus Christ. Amen.

Another mighty harvest, as The Holy Spirit took over and drew in 140 new believers in Christ. Bringing the total for the day to 272 precious souls into the open arms of their Father in Heaven. We rejoice with all those in Heaven for each person coming into repentance to their Lord and Saviour, Jesus.

Luke 15:7.  I say to you that likewise there will be more joy in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine just persons who need no repentance.

We openly share with you, the resistance and hatred we face daily on the streets wherever we are witnessing or preaching The Gospel. We face many demons and evil spirits, sometimes physically attacking us or verbal abuse and threats, but we stand firm in Christ as He protects us by His grace.

There is a lot of pushback particularly when it comes to children, and we understand that, there is so much evil in the world. We can seem like total strangers interfering with children and understand the publics concern, our hearts are always wanting for everyone to turn to God.

We have decided to as much as possible only to witness to College and above ages where the age of accountability according to God’s word applies.

Regardless of the attacks and abuse we joyfully follow our Lord’s command and endure all trials we face by His Grace.
