Hello body of Christ. Today we travelled to Sumner Beach for a barbecue outreach.
We set up near a cafe on the beach, on a walkway which winds around the coast to the end of the beach.
It was a beautiful sunny day, so many people were enjoying the beach.
There is a big rock with a cave near by known as Cave Rock, which divides the beach in two. Many people and families, are on both sides of the rock on the beach. Opposite the cave there is a cafe, which draws people in from both sides.

We were positioned just to the right of the cave, next to an access point over the concrete barrier. Also there is a communal outside shower near us.
The Lord had given us the best position on the whole beach, Hallelujah!
Isaiah 58:11 The Lord will guide you continually,
And satisfy your soul in drought,
And strengthen your bones;
You shall be like a watered garden,
And like a spring of water, whose waters do not fail.

We preached on the speaker and invited people to come and be blessed by God with free food, drinks and bibles. But most importantly to receive the free gift of life in Jesus Christ.
Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Brothers in Christ stopped in for prayer. They had already given their hearts to Jesus not long ago, but one man was still struggling to overcome the demonic voices and thoughts daily.
We prayed deliverance and healing with him and immediately Jesus set him free. We ministered with the two friends for sometime, as Holy Spirit was bringing truth and wisdom into their lives. Amen.
1 Timothy 6:12 Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, to which you were also called and have confessed the good confession in the presence of many witnesses.
1 Corinthians 15:57 But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.

Many families stopped for food and prayer, surrendering their hearts to Jesus. We handed out many new testament bibles.
People were genuinely grateful to Jesus and hungry for His word. Sister Aileen and Karen both preached and sang gospel songs, bringing much glory to Jesus at the busy beach.
Psalm 136:33-35 Oh, give thanks to the Lord of lords!
For His mercy endures forever:
To Him who alone does great wonders,
For His mercy endures forever;
To Him who by wisdom made the heavens,
For His mercy endures forever

We handed out around 144 sausages, 70 bottles of water and about a dozen bibles, praise God. 144 precious souls surrendered their lives to Jesus, glory to Him, thank You Holy Spirit. We witnessed whole families turning to Jesus, as God ministered in their hearts, drawing them to Him.
It is such a privilege to be in the Lord’s work, seeing people healed and delivered. My heart rejoices every time a new believer starts their journey with Jesus. Once they receive the seal of the Holy Spirit, He will teach them all things in Christ. Amen.
John 14:16-17 And I will pray the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may abide with you forever— the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees Him nor knows Him; but you know Him, for He dwells with you and will be in you.

Sister Aileen, in the middle here, spotted a little girl who kept popping her head over the wall to see us. She said she was 5 years old, her name was Abigail and she had lost her mum.
So we invited her to come join us while we called out to her mum on the speaker. After about 20 minutes, her mum still did not come to collect her. So we decided to take her to the cafe next to us and call the police.
The dispatch operator on the phone revealed that Abigail’s mother was with the police and had been looking for her for 45 minutes at the other end of the beach. So when the police arrived at the cafe, a very relieved mum was finally reunited with daughter Abigail. Abigail was very calm the whole time. Her mum said she is very drawn to Jesus, which may explain how she was drawn to us.
We prayed together and blessed them in Jesus name.
Nahum 1:7 The Lord is good,
A stronghold in the day of trouble;
And He knows those who trust in Him.

A group of youth passing by all stopped to receive God’s blessings.
Yet another divine appointment, thank You Father God. We also witnessed two different wedding parties come to our location for photo’s.
We blessed their marriages and families, in Jesus name.
1 Timothy 4:12 Let no one despise your youth, but be an example to the believers in word, in conduct, in love, in spirit, in faith, in purity.
Psalm 119:9 How can a young man cleanse his way?
By taking heed according to Your word.

Many people were coming up from the beach to use the outdoor shower, to wash off. We would call out to them, to come over for a free sausage sizzle and drink. They would come straight over. One of those times a whole group of 12 people came over. We prayed with the whole group to receive Jesus into their hearts and they all surrendered their lives to Christ.
The barbecue was quickly emptied, so we had to work fast to restock and cook in time for the next lot of precious souls.
Titus 2:11 For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men,
John 5:24 Most assuredly, I say to you, he who hears My word and believes in Him who sent Me has everlasting life, and shall not come into judgment, but has passed from death into life.

Jephthah a warrior for Jesus, arrived to join us.
He was given the name Jephthah prophetically through an elder. Named after a faithful warrior for God in the bible. He is very passionate about Jesus and always has his Jesus flag flying high. Then he will take it to the highest place for everyone to see. He also paraded Jesus name along the pier.
Jephthah has a wonderful gifting in discipleship. He is always encouraging people, with wisdom, direct from Holy Spirit.
1 Peter 4:11 If anyone speaks, let him speak as the oracles of God. If anyone ministers, let him do it as with the ability which God supplies, that in all things God may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom belong the glory and the dominion forever and ever. Amen.
Psalm 28:7 NKJ. The Lord is my strength and my shield;
My heart trusted in Him, and I am helped;
Therefore my heart greatly rejoices,
And with my song I will praise Him.
I thank You Jesus for connecting us with all our beloved brothers and sisters in Christ, where ever we go.
In the body of Christ, nothing is impossible for us, for our Father in Heaven is forever faithful. Thank You for all Your divine appointments, signs and wonders, miracles, love, joy and peace that follow us where ever You send us. Amen.
Isaiah 12:4-5
And in that day you will say:
“Praise the Lord, call upon His name;
Declare His deeds among the peoples,
Make mention that His name is exalted.
Sing to the Lord,
For He has done excellent things;
This is known in all the earth.
Bless you and your families with love from your brother in Christ, please comment by clicking on the post title.
